The SHUNYA Training is an immersive journey into the heart of the practice — a powerful path of self-discovery, energetic mastery, and spiritual connection. Rooted in ancient teachings and designed for the modern seeker, this training offers the tools to live with greater awareness, clarity, and purpose.

Whether your goal is to teach or simply to deepen your personal experience, you’ll be guided through a profound inner transformation supported by seven core modules. You’ll learn to embody the teachings of Kundalini Yoga in your own life and gain the skills and confidence to share them with others in an authentic and grounded way.

Module 1: The Aquarian Age

Teach for the times we live in.

We are living through a time of rapid transformation. In this opening module, we explore what it means to live and teach in the Aquarian Age—an era that calls for intuition, inner strength, and conscious leadership.

You’ll explore:

 • The transition from the Piscean to the Aquarian Age

 • How the challenges of modern life affect the nervous system and psyche

 • The role of Kundalini Yoga in developing resilience and inner clarity

 • The new paradigm of teaching: authenticity, presence, and service

This module sets the tone for a training that is aligned with the needs of our time.

Module 2: Sadhana

Create a sacred rhythm for your life.

Sadhana is your personal commitment to inner work. In this module, you’ll learn to build a daily practice that supports your growth, aligns your energy, and deepens your connection to the infinite.

You’ll discover:

 • The power of early morning practice (Amrit Vela)

 • How to choose and structure a personal Sadhana

 • Working with resistance and cultivating devotion

 • How consistency transforms your mind, body, and spirit

Sadhana is the foundation of your journey—it keeps you rooted, clear, and connected.

Module 3: Kriya & the 10 Body System

Activate your energy and live your full potential.

In Kundalini Yoga, kriyas are precise sequences that create specific energetic effects. This module explores how kriyas awaken, balance, and integrate the 10 bodies—the complete yogic map of the human being.

You’ll learn:

 • The anatomy of a kriya: structure, flow, and function

 • How kriyas work through the nervous, glandular, and energetic systems

 • The 10 bodies and how they shape your experience of life

 • How to choose and teach kriyas effectively

This module gives you the energetic tools to transform yourself and others.

Module 4: Holistic Anatomy

Understand the body as a multidimensional system.

Kundalini Yoga works beyond the physical. In this module, we explore the body as a sacred system, integrating both Western anatomy and yogic energetics.

You’ll study:

 • The musculoskeletal, nervous, and endocrine systems

 • Chakras, nadis, the auric field, and energy centers

 • How kriyas and breathwork impact physiology and energy

 • Yogic lifestyle principles to support holistic health

This module helps you understand the full spectrum of healing and transformation through practice.

Module 5: Pranayama

Master the breath. Master the mind.

The breath is a gateway to presence, vitality, and higher consciousness. In this module, you’ll explore the science and spirituality of pranayama—the yogic art of breath control.

You’ll explore:

 • Foundational pranayama techniques in Kundalini Yoga

 • How different breathing patterns affect the brain, emotions, and energy

 • Using breath to shift states of consciousness

 • How to guide others safely through breath practices

Breath is your most powerful and accessible tool. This module teaches you how to use it with skill and intention.

Module 6: Mantra & Meditation

Still the mind. Tune into the divine.

Mantra and meditation are at the heart of Kundalini Yoga. This module explores how sacred sound and focused awareness transform your inner landscape and elevate your frequency.

You’ll learn:

 • The science and vibration of mantra

 • How sound works on the subconscious mind

 • Key meditations in the Kundalini Yoga tradition

 • How to lead mantra and meditation with clarity and depth

Module 7: Becoming a Teacher

Find your voice. Share from authenticity.

Teaching Kundalini Yoga is an act of devotion and service. In this final module, you’ll integrate all you’ve learned and prepare to step into your role as a guide, space holder, and student for life.

You’ll explore:

 • The ethics and responsibilities of a teacher

 • How to prepare and structure classes

 • Holding space and reading group energy

 • Developing your authentic teaching voice and style

This is not just about becoming a yoga teacher—it’s about embodying a path of conscious living and leadership.

 FAQs

  • The main language will be english, in order to make this training available to anyone. If the participants will only be german, we will offer the training in german.

  • YES - absolutely! Marie-Delphine is a mother of 2 herself and for both Marie and Prem it was extremely important to make this training available to everyone. We try to host all classes in times that hopefully be easy to navigate. There will also be recordings of all classes, so you can also do the training in your own pace. We do encourage you to try to be there in person, since the energy of the group is most uplifting and inspiring.

  • We thrive in community and understand that there are certainly phases of life where these trainings may be hard to realize. If the cost of the training is keeping you from signing up, please reach out to us via e-mail and we will find a solution.

  • After completing this training, you will definitely be able to share the technology of KUNDALINI YOGA. We encourage you to do so, as the world needs good teachers to bring this method to all and make it more approachable.

  • Kundalini Yoga is everything BUT dogmatic. Everything that you see or learn is only a suggestion but never a rule. It is an experience based practice, so you decide how you want to implement the teachings into your life.
