Rooted in Rhythm – Rising in Light

The moon governs the tides, the mind, and the subtle rhythms of our body. When we align with the lunar cycle, we open ourselves to deeper clarity, healing, and expansion.

Our biofeedback naturally moves from New Moon to Full Moon, and back again—mirroring the waxing and waning of energy within us. Moon Days are powerful energetic portals that help reset the nervous system, balance the mind, and support physical vitality.

We gather on three key lunar days each month:

THE NEW MOON — We gather every New Moon for a morning class to set intentions, gain clarity, and plant energetic seeds through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. This is a time for inner stillness, vision, and fresh beginnings.

THE 11TH DAY OF THE MOON — An early morning class to harness the deeply healing energy of this lunar day. We focus on balancing the glandular system and strengthening the nervous system through powerful kriyas, breathwork, and healing mantras.

THE FULL MOON — On the Full Moon, we meet in the evening to practice a special meditation traditionally done on the eve of the Full Moon. This practice guides us into Shuniya—a state of deep inner silence and one-pointed focus—offering balance, release, and restoration.

Fasting for Mind & Health
According to yogic and Ayurvedic wisdom, these three Moon Days are also ideal for fasting. Fasting from sunrise until breakfast the following day—with only lemon water—can clear the mind, purify the body, and strengthen inner discipline. This simple practice is considered the ultimate healing remedy and a key to long-term vitality.
