I have been asked countless times how i created my own Sadhana, my spiritual practice that keeps me on track with everything i need to hold, get done and be reminded of during the day. And my simple answer has always been: A strong intention and will to implement a healthy habit and a practice that specifically works on all themes i want to work on. This is where Kundalinin Yoga and the practice is so powerful, because it works very specifically and tailored to your needs. Weather you are pregnant or in motherhood or feel overwhelmed and without direction in life, or simply want to try something new - a daily Sadhana is always a good start to change the course of your own life.
